Today I am a nanny for a bird. A conyer to be exact. He is a sociable little guy. In fact he needs society as much as food and water.  His owners tell me he will pluck his feathers if left alone for too long.

The only electronic gadget I brought is an Android smartphone. It’s a 50 dollar special from Amazon; a Blu RD that is better than any other phone I’ve had (never owned an iPhone.)

The WordPress app works quite well, but the small keyboard is tedious.  I won’t make my word goal today, but I won’t miss a post.
