Kicking the Tire of March 23, 2020

Wake up to Sonoma Spring

I carry a bright green clicker with me (when I have a pocket). I use it to track the thoughts passing through that are accompanied by “negative” thoughts. If I capture only two percent of them, the click count is very high. What an insight: discovering that I am not nearly as nice a person as I thought myself is worth a hearty laugh.

My thoughts have been so self-absorbed that I was oblivious to the glorious Spring playing out here, in Sonoma County. Happily, I did wake up to it to the point that I posted a page about it in my “Front Door” blog.

Without a doubt, I need to change – from the inside out.

KICKING THE TIRES OF FEBRUARY 24, 2020

Setting Goals with Imagination

Today’s header image was assembled (by me) three years ago when I first encountered a pack of metaphysical writers including but not limited to Abraham-Hicks, Florence Scoville Shinn, Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, Richards Dobbs. I could fill a pound or two of paper with a one-sided conversation about this; however, in the interests of brevity, I am contenting myself with listing three wins that occurred today. April gave G. a pair of Phonak hearing aids, a representative from Sonoma Housing take measurements for the walk-in tub, and G. successfully drove her new “Zoomer” chair to the mailbox.
