How fast do I want to drive this new day? I want to drive very fast and in order to do that I have to focus, focus, focus on thinking the thoughts that I want to think in order to feel good.

One thing I did was plug in my earbuds and turn on Amazon music, turning it up loud enough to override the dreadful, sonorous news spewing from television. I don’t want to think about the news, I don’t want to have an opinion about the newest news fads. I want to focus on connecting with Source and flowing my energy and attention to things that please me.

I am happy with the work I did with Illustrator this morning. I created a satisfactory new header for my Facebook page in line with Halloween.
